Why This Space Exists
I created Reflect With Me as an extension of my own path—shaped by study, lived experience, and deep listening.
My role is not to define your truth, but to help reflect what is already present within you.
This work is rooted in presence, discernment, and respect for each person’s inner authority. What unfolds here is not prescriptive, but relational—guided by curiosity, pattern recognition, and care.
This space was created by someone who believes reflection is a lifelong practice—one that unfolds slowly, honestly, and in relationship with others.

Dedication to Mother
Every path begins somewhere.
This work exists because of my mother — the woman whose body, presence, and strength made my life possible. Long before language, study, or practice, there was her.
Her courage, devotion, and capacity to love without hardening have been a constant source of inspiration. She walked through uncertainty, loss, and profound challenge with a heart that continued to give.
I honor my mother as the first portal through which I entered this life, and as a foundational influence in the values of resilience, devotion, and heart that shape this space.
Without her, Reflect With Me would not exist. She remains a living embodiment of love in motion.
From origin, the path continues through guidance, learning, and transmission.
Dedication to Teacher & Mentor
This space has been expanded through the guidance of a teacher who holds a special place in my heart—one whose knowledge is both inherited and embodied.
Marlen is a Reiki healer, Family Constellations facilitator, and mentor who comes from a lineage of ancestral women healers. Her work is rooted in deep intuitive perception, energetic sensitivity, and the ability to attune to what moves beneath the surface of family systems and the human field.
Through her guidance, I witnessed what is possible when healing is approached with integrity, humility, and reverence. Her ability to channel, to read the unseen, and to hold transformational space expanded my understanding of consciousness, ancestral healing, and the depth at which real change can occur.
While the work within Reflect With Me is my own, it has been profoundly informed by the grounding, discernment, and expanded awareness I received through her mentorship.
From lineage, the work returns to the present moment
